Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for ceramic vases, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 of receiving the product, along with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be for the cost of the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges, which are non-refundable.
